The hotel serves satisfactory breakfasts
Offers nicely furnished and brand-new rooms with lovely views. The spacious bedrooms.- Super King Bed.- The staff are all extremely friendly and excellent.- I can recommend staying here.I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Tenerife. The breakfast was satisfying, and the rooms were beautifully furnished and had amazing views. The spacious bedrooms with Super King Beds were a great touch. The staff members were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. I have no complaints, and I would definitely recommend staying here.

These amenities, pool and location are very good. The hotel is not a hotel for children, but it is a great place to spend a relaxing holiday with your family.
Unfortunately there is a big and long lasting construction site next to the hotel. I had not read / found any information about it. Of course, the hotel has no influence; but guests should be aware of it at the time of booking.

children's area is perfect, playground and pool. attention of the Japanese restaurant, they take great care to make you feel good. We went with a baby and they made everything easy for our dinner.
The minibar was empty, you have to order product by product, it is not available in the room. I asked for late check out and was denied even though I was willing to pay for it. The food is regular. We asked for a cradle and it was more like a mini-cradle where they only put a sheet down and nothing else, no pillow, no blanket to tuck my daughter in, in the end the cradle was so small that she slept with us. They only gave us two towels for the pools, we asked for an extra one for the baby and they told us that it was not possible, but we saw other couples with towels for their children.

The resort is the perfect spot for celebrating your anniversary, offering an absolutely gorgeous view over the ocean. It has a great location near the ocean and is situated in a lovely building. the breakfast is very good and extensive, including scrambled eggs, pancakes, bangers, and bacon.

Its location was great and fab, to the Spanish restaurant, and in a very quiet area. I ate at the à la carte restaurant near the hotel. Scrambled eggs, pancakes, bangers and bacon at the club were fantastic!

The room was brand-new and airy with coffee, a TV set and complimentary wireless internet. Its location was beautiful and lovely, near Adeje, the' better' side of Tenerife, La Caletta restaurants and the ocean near the property.

Had a really lovely stay at the Tivoli La Caleta Resort in Costa Adeje. The weather was fantastic during my visit.- The hotel's central location allowed for a short walk to a stunning tropical garden, lovely terraces and bars, and a beautiful promenade along the ocean.- The on-site restaurants, La Venta and Kamakur, were exceptional.- Close proximity to an outstanding à la carte restaurant.

Free upgrade to superior room, all rooms are very spacious, all equipments are available for a 5star room. Very big bathroom. Ask a room with sunset view, very nice when sun goes under island La Gomera in front of the hotel. Direct access to sea promenade. Many seats and quiet spaces around the swimming pools, very friendly staff. Great breakfast with plenty of choice.
Just on small remark, carpets in corridor need a renewal.
